This one goes out to all the hard workers, all the early risers, all the people who consistently get less than the recommended 8-hour night of sleep. This El Salvador coffee that we deem 'Early Bird' is a no frills, straight up functional coffee with flavor notes of Cocoa Powder, Dried Fruit, Granola & Raisin. It’s a Washed processed coffee with Medium acidity, and Medium body.

Once an order is placed, your coffee will be roasted and shipped within 1-3 business days.
All of our bag sizes are now fully compostable! Just remove the tin tie, shred. to your liking (label & all!) and toss in your compost. Spent coffee beans are also compostable, so it's like your bag of coffee never happened - how cool is that?!
Since we're going for a fully compostable product, all our bags do not include a gas valve so for best flavor it would be best to use the coffee within 2 weeks of the roast date.
