Holiday Cheers (Ethiopia)
A coffee for those slow Holiday break mornings, when you enjoy every sip and maybe brew into the afternoon. We chose to share a light & lovely washed Ethiopian Coffee for our Holiday Cheers roast, that has tasty notes of Honey, Lemon, Jasmine & Peach. This is a light roasted coffee, with light body & bright acidity - delish on pour over!

Once an order is placed, your coffee will be roasted and shipped within 1-3 business days. The last shipping day for USPS by-christmas deliveries is December 18th.
All of our bag sizes are now fully compostable! Just remove the tin tie, shred. to your liking (label & all!) and toss in your compost. Spent coffee beans are also compostable, so it's like your bag of coffee never happened - how cool is that?! Since we're going for a fully compostable product, all our bags do not include a gas valve so for best flavor it would be best to use the coffee within 2 weeks of the roast date.
If you’d like to subscribe to this seasonal roast, we will fulfill it as long as the beans are in stock then it will be reverted to a Wildcard (roasters choice) Subscription.
